Healthy relationships exist when we can maintain a sense of autonomy, when we are able to feel like we have a level of self government, and the ability to make our own decisions. Last week we connected to our emotions and invited ourselves to embrace them as part of our experience. That said, we don’t need to be ruled by emotion or feeling. As we explore our self health, by strengthening and expanding our connections to ourselves, we will want to consider the power that emotional autonomy can bring.
