What makes this group coaching program different?

The Inner Switch is a group coaching program that combines coaching, experiential learning, daily practice, and cohort support. It’s affordable, adaptable, and created to support sustainable change. It’s not about fleeting self-help trends and one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, it’s designed to be comprehensive while still adaptable to your goals and challenges.

With The Inner Switch, you access what you need within yourself to create the growth that is right for you. And it doesn’t end there. We will also present you with mindfulness exercises, communication tools and self-coaching skills so that you can continue your development journey long after the program ends.

Program structure

After the launch video, you’ll participate in eight weekly live sessions. These sessions, which will blend of practical knowledge, group coaching, and interactive discussions, will provide a dynamic learning experience because they will allow you to apply your insights in real time. And, you will build on your learnings with daily support through recorded mindfulness and self-coaching exercises, allowing you to stay connected with the weekly focus.

Program Components

Live Sessions

Our weekly live sessions are a blend of theory, group coaching, and interactive discussions. These sessions are designed to provide a dynamic learning experience, allowing you to apply your insights in real time. 

Each session focuses on a specific theme, from creating your vision to sustaining growth.

Daily Mindfulness

To support the weekly themes, you’ll have access to daily mindfulness exercises. These are short, recorded sessions that you can start each day with. 

These recordings are designed to deepen your understanding of the week’s focus and help you integrate these principles into your daily life.

 

Self-Coaching

In addition to daily mindfulness exercises, you’ll have access to self-coaching questions designed for deeper reflection. Self-coaching involves tapping into your inner wisdom to guide your own personal development.

These thought-provoking questions will align with the week’s theme.

Peer Support

One of the more enriching aspects of this program is the community you’ll be a part of. You’ll be in a cohort where everyone is committed to personal growth and change. Through breakout room conversations during live sessions, as well as between-session accountability and support frameworks, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and inspire each other, building a powerful network in the process.

What are the program details?

Week 1

Launch video: Starting strong

Starting strong means beginning with intention. Being intentional is about making deliberate choices that reflect what’s most important to you. What gives your life purpose? How can you align your daily actions with that purpose? This sets the stage for you to think about your long-term goals, observe how your day-to-day life aligns with those goals, and stay focused on your desired direction.

After the launch video, this focus on intentionality will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you right into the first live session.

Week 2

Live session: Vision and goals

You may have started this program with a specific vision in mind. We’ll encourage you to define it more fully and consider how it applies to all aspects of your life. You’ll explore the deeper meaning of this vision and how it aligns with your sense of purpose and values. From this broader perspective, we’ll then apply some tools to help you set specific goals for this program. 

After the session, this focus on vision will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the second live session.

Week 3

Live session: Acceptance and Trust

Once we’ve outlined your vision and goals, we’ll take stock of where you currently stand. We can’t map out your journey if we don’t know your starting point. More importantly, we’ll work on trust and self-acceptance. This stage is often challenging as people find it hard to accept things they want to change. However, transformation requires energy and resistance to your current state can sap the energy you need to move forward. And we’ll work on building self trust, to give you the confidence to take the steps you need to move forward.

After the session, this focus on acceptance and trust will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the third live session.

Week 4

Live session: Emotional resilience

Change can’t happen without growth, and growth often involves discomfort. As you move toward your goals, emotional resilience will help you negotiate the ups and downs that come with change. Emotional resilience also helps you navigate your relationships – personal and professional. No matter your goals for this program, how you relate to others will impact your energy and ability to make conscious choices. In this stage, we’ll zoom in on understanding emotions and the messages they give us and learning how to manage them appropriately.

After the session, this focus on emotional resilience will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the fourth live session.

Week 5

Live session: Personal responsibility

Personal responsibility is about taking accountability for our thoughts, feelings, and decisions. It puts us in a position of choice. While we can’t control everything around us, we can choose how we want to respond. This isn’t about being passive about injustice; it’s about creating some distance from other people’s actions and not adding to our own suffering through our reactions. Embracing personal responsibility also sets us apart as leaders, empowering us to lead with integrity and accountability and to make decisions aligned with our values

After the session, this focus on personal responsibility will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the fifth live session.

Week 6

Live session: Mindful listening

To change is to learn, and learning involves experimentation and risks. To learn from successes and setbacks, we need to be open to receiving insights and feedback. Mindful Listening is about learning to pay full attention – to ourselves, to others, and to the lessons and opportunities that life presents us. But that is just the beginning. Mindfulness encourages us to be aware of the thoughts and feelings that arise from new information. We seek to fully experience what we are hearing in the present moment, and we work towards practicing empathy and non-judgement.

After the session, this focus on mindful listening will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the sixth live session.

Week 7

Live session: Speaking your truth

We can’t make progress if we can’t ask for what we need and communicate about our boundaries. Speaking our truth involves courage, but it also requires clarity. We’ll discuss how to speak intentionally and be both powerful and compassionate in how we express ourselves.

After the session, this focus on speaking your truth will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the seventh live session.

Week 8

Live session: Making choices

At this stage, everything comes together in a powerful way. It is only when we are self and other-aware that we can make true choices. True choice is more than deciding between A, B, or C. It’s about seeing an opportunity that either didn’t exist or wasn’t visible before. Choice requires creativity and boldness. We’ll explore the mindset and tools needed to make this happen.

After the session, this focus on making conscious choices will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, leading you into the eighth, and final,  live session.

Week 9

Live Session: Sustaining growth

Sustaining growth is about maintaining the momentum we’ve built throughout this program. It’s not just about reaching our goals but about setting new ones, continuously evolving, and staying committed to our personal development. It’s about setting ourselves up for continued success by making sure we have accountability structures and support systems in place. It’s a long-term commitment to personal development.

After the session, this focus on sustaining growth will be supported by daily mindfulness exercises and a self-coaching structure, which will be book-ended by the closing video. 

Week 10

Closing video: The way forward

With this final video we will support you to sustain your growth journey.  We’ll provide you with some foundational tools to help you design your own mindfulness and reflective practices,  empowering you to continue your personal development on your own terms.
