What is coaching?

As your coach, I’m here to guide you through deep conversations, body awareness, and emotional exploration, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

What is my coaching approach?

I use a combination of mindset coaching and body oriented somatic techniques that support increased self awareness, emotional resilience and personal responsibility. I am passionate about supporting compassionate communication and have built several programs that focus on building communication skills, mindfulness based presence techniques and leadership development.  This will also be a focus in our one on one coaching sessions as any goal will only be supported by clear, compassionate communication and a mindful approach.

 

The benefits of our sessions together are profound. And it is her approach to the sessions that have made them so effective for me. By encouraging me to identify my own problems and solutions to said problems, I am finding that I am applying these same techniques to my life as a whole.

How do we start working together?

We'll talk to see if we're a good match and discuss your needs, goals, and expectations.
We Create a Plan
Together, we'll create a personalized plan that outlines your goals and the estimated number of sessions needed.
We Coach
We'll schedule regular coaching sessions to explore progress, identify obstacles, and work together to develop strategies towards achieving your goals.

What will it cost?

The first step in the process is for us to book a free, no obligation, discovery call. From there, we will assess the number of sessions you will likely need. For most clients I recommend a minimum of eight sessions, however we will customize this based on your goals. 

I also offer one-off coaching sessions for a fee of $200.

This package includes 8 sessions spaced over 6 months
